Direct Primary Care 

Dr. Moyer is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. She graduated with her bachelor's degree with the University of Tennessee, then attended four years of medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tampa Bay, FL. In residency, she served as Chief Resident for her family medicine program at Manatee Memorial Hospital. During residency, Dr. Moyer developed a passion to provide not only high-quality healthcare, but healthcare that was convenient, affordable and price transparent for her patients. She returned to her roots in Tennessee and started Magnolia Family Medicine, a direct primary care practice. In her free time, Dr. Moyer enjoys spending time with her husband and children doing anything outdoors. 

Originally from southern Kentucky, Dr. Dickinson is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. She grew up on a 200-acre farm with a family of farmers, educators and military veterans. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and was Chief Resident of her residency program in Florence, SC! We were honored to have her join Magnolia Family Medicine in 2024. Her decision was influenced by the value she places on the patient-physician relationship. Her passion for patient care and kind-heartedness are the perfect recipe for a physician who keeps her patient's best interest at heart. In her spare time, Dr. Dickinson enjoys cooking, gardening and professionally photographing roses!

Christa joined Magnolia Family Medicine as a Medical Asssistant in 2022 and has a reputation for going the extra mile for patients. She was born and raised in Illinois, right outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Since moving to Tennessee, she has accumulated over 6 years of patient care experience as well as a degree in Radiologic Technology. She loves working in the Direct Primary Care model and enjoys getting to know patients at Magnolia. In her spare time, Christa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Caroline and Oliver.
